This is a vegan recipe

Super Green Soup
Servings: 4 People
  • about 150 g kale
  • about 200 g spinach
  • 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 stick celery (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • vegetable stock
  1. Add the veg to your soup kettle or pan, and cover with stock.

  2. If using a soup kettle, set the machine to the purée soup programme and press start. 

  3. If using a saucepan bring to the boil then turn the heat down and simmer until the veg is all soft. Blitz in a food processor. 

  4. Season to taste if necessary.
