Super Green Soup

Wheat, soya, wheat, yeast free: use suitable stock
This is a vegan recipe
- about 150 g kale
- about 200 g spinach
- 2 onions (peeled and chopped)
- 1 stick celery (finely chopped)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- vegetable stock
Add the veg to your soup kettle or pan, and cover with stock.
If using a soup kettle, set the machine to the purée soup programme and press start.
If using a saucepan bring to the boil then turn the heat down and simmer until the veg is all soft. Blitz in a food processor.
Season to taste if necessary.
