Spicy Fried Beans
This is a good addition to a salad. In the picture I serve with hummus, grated carrot, red pepper, rocket, fermented tofu (made by Taifun) and toast fingers.

This is a vegan recipe
- rapeseed oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tin tinned beans or chickpeas (drained)
- 1/2 tsp each of ground cumin, onion granules, garlic granules, paprika
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fry the garlic for a few minutes then add the drained beans. Cook until beans are warmed through and starting to crisp a little.
Add spices and cook for a couple more minutes. Season to taste.
