Oil Free Potato Wedges

It’s easiest to make oil free potato wedges if you have a Teflon or silicon baking tray liner, or a silicon baking tray. This prevents the potatoes from gluing themselves to the tray.

Free from: gluten, nut, soya, wheat, yeast

This is a vegan recipe

Oil Free Potato Wedges
Ingredients
  • potatoes
  • salt and black pepperles
Instructions
  1. Chop the potatoes into chunky chip sized chunks. Sprinkle on a little salt and a twist of black pepper.

  2. Put potatoes on a lined oven tray. 

  3. Bake in the oven at about 180C for 45-60 minutes, or until they are soft in the middle and crispy on the outside. During cooking check them a couple of times and move the wedges around so that they cook evenly.
