Chocolate Wrap

For this you can use homemade or bought wraps. If using bought I’d recommend the ones made by Crosta and Mollica as they don’t contain unnecessary additives and are really delicious.

This is a vegan recipe

Chocolate Wrap
  • 1 wrap
  • 1 tsp nut butter (hazelnut butter is delicious, almond is good too)
  • 1/3 banana (mashed)
  • 1 square 70% chocolate (finely chopped)
  1. Pop your wrap in a dry frying pan over medium heat. 

  2. Spread the nut butter over half the wrap, then cover the nut butter with banana and chocolate.

  3. Fold the wrap in half and cook for a few minutes until slightly crispy. Turn the wrap over and cook the other side until crispy too. The chocolate should be melted. 

  4. Cut into triangles and eat immediately.
