Chocolate Soya Pudding

This chocolate yoghurt can be served as it is but I like it topped with raisins and chopped nuts or seeds.

Free from: gluten, oil, wheat

Nut free: use seeds instead of nuts

Yeast free: omit raisins and replace date syrup with a suitable sweetener such as coconut sugar

This is a vegan recipe

Chocolate Soya Pudding
Servings: 3 People
Ingredients
  • 500 g plain soya yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp milled chia (optional)
To serve:
  • raisins
  • chopped nuts or seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix the date syrup and cocoa powder into the yoghurt. Stir through the chia if using.

  2. Serve topped with raisins and chopped nuts or seeds.
