Chocolate Soya Pudding
This chocolate yoghurt can be served as it is but I like it topped with raisins and chopped nuts or seeds.
Free from: gluten, oil, wheat
Nut free: use seeds instead of nuts
Yeast free: omit raisins and replace date syrup with a suitable sweetener such as coconut sugar
This is a vegan recipe
- 500 g plain soya yoghurt
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp milled chia (optional)
- chopped nuts or seeds
Mix the date syrup and cocoa powder into the yoghurt. Stir through the chia if using.
Serve topped with raisins and chopped nuts or seeds.
