Chocolate Soya Pudding

This chocolate yoghurt can be served as it is but I like it topped with fruit and nuts or seeds.

Free from: gluten, wheat

Nut free: use seeds instead of nuts

Yeast free: omit dried fruit and replace date syrup with coconut sugar

This is a vegan recipe

Chocolate Soya Pudding
Servings: 3 People
  • 500 g plain soya yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
To serve:
  • fresh fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, seeds
  1. Mix the date syrup and cocoa powder into the yoghurt. 

  2. Serve topped with fruit, nuts and / or seeds.
