Brussels Sprouts With Chestnuts
A tasty veggie side dish that can be served with vegan burgers, potato and gravy or alongside spicy dishes.
Free from: gluten, oil, soya, wheat, yeast
This is a vegan recipe
- 200 g Brussels sprouts
- 90 g cooked pre-packed chestnuts
- 1/4 tsp each of smoked paprika, ground cumin and garlic granules
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
Finely slice the Brussels sprouts. Add to a nonstick pan with a splash of water and sauté until soft.
Chop the chestnuts and add to the pan along with the spices. Continue to cook for a few more minutes then season to taste.
