I really like to serve a mixture of different curries together: you get lots of different flavours on the same plate. Curries can be time consuming to make though so whenever I make curry I make a big batch and freeze portions down. Curries freeze well. Then when we are having Indian I make one type of curry (lots of it, freeze some of it in portions) then defrost a couple of other curries I have stored in the freezer. Make some rice and, voila! An Indian feast!
